Unlike other companies, all our services are in-house. From our team of Property Managers who are on-call 24/7, to our Leasing Team who handle all showings and application processes, and our Pro Services Division, which include Maintenance Pros (maintenance and repairs) and Electrical Pros (Master Electrician focusing on residential and commercial properties), who handle everything from service calls to unit renovations, and Cleaning Pros, taking care of unit turnovers and common area cleaning for apartment buildings.

We continually strive for continuing education and training. This includes one of our Property Managers holding an AIHM designation (Accredited Institute of Housing Management) which is bestowed on those who have completed the education requirement and attained the necessary experience and another Property Manager who is a student member through the IHM. In addition, we have our Finance Manager, who is a professional bookkeeper, and one of our administrative staff completing her Human Resource designation.
