Since 1989, Limestone Property Management has effectively managed a diversified portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties in the Kingston and surrounding areas. Over the years, LPM has recognized the main components of managing any rental property. The most important four categories include Property Management, Leasing, Legal Services, and Maintenance and Repairs. We are exclusively positioned in the Property Management industry to extend all four of these services to our valued Clients.
Our competitive advantage lies with our team and how we dedicate ourselves to ensuring we not only provide excellent service to our clients, but we do the same for our Tenants. Understanding and identifying the importance of Tenants safety, trust, and overall living experience, is a crucial component to managing your investment. We have structured our team to provide the highest quality of service in the industry, which includes ensuring enough resources and people to handle all types of situations, day and night. Unlike other companies, all our services are in-house. From our team of Property Managers who are on-call 24/7, to our Leasing Team who handle all showings and application processes, and maintenance team, who handle everything from service calls to unit turnovers. Our competitive advantages, among many, further include one of our property managers holding a designation from the Institute of Housing Management, along with an accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Housing Management.
