When you send us a referral, you increase your chances of getting a future sale with them. We are often the first to know of their intent to sell their investment property and will refer them back to you. 

 

REDUCE YOUR WORKLOAD

 

Leave property management to us, this is what we specialize in! We’ll handle all the day-to-day responsibilities of looking after properties and Tenants, accounting duties and are on call for emergencies.

 

WE WILL PUT IT IN WRITING

 

We want you to feel secure and this is why we provide a signed copy of our Referral Agreement to you so that you have legal protection. We expect our Clients and Tenants to honour their Agreements and we do the same. 

 

WE WILL MAKE YOU LOOK GOOD

 

Not only will we give you peace of mind that your Clients are in very good hands, but you will look good too. We believe in a high level of service and professionalism and have a proven track record of exceeding our Clients expectations.

 

WE WILL PAY YOU

 

We will pay you 15% of the first month’s rent when we sign your Client up with our ‘Full-Service Residential Management’ and 10% of the first month’s rent when we sign your Client up with our ‘Rent-My-Home – Leasing Package.’
