Nikki has been with our team since 2016, she has been a critical component of LPMs growth and is a very valuable asset. Nikki is the nucleus of LPM – Her tech savviness and forward thinking has pushed her to continually come up with new ways to improve our processes and procedures. Her dedication + integrity enables us to serve our clients with the best service we can provide!

Nikki comes from a background in accounting, administration, and customer service. She has experience working in public accounting firms, but her passion is in the private sector. Over the years, she has successfully implemented new accounting software, providing our Clients with excellent reporting options. Outside of work, she can be seen gardening and tending to her tomatoes. In addition, she enjoys art projects and gaming with her daughter.
