The Government of Ontario has a list on their website of all the places this Remembrance Day where we can pay respects to the men and women, both past and present, who have served our country. In Kingston, ceremonies will be held on November 11 at the Royal Canadian Legion, the Cross of Sacrifice located at McDonald Park, and the Cataraqui Cemetery. We also have the option of watching ceremonies from home, both online and on TV.
Another way to participate this Remembrance Day is by donating to the Poppy Fund/Royal Canadian Legion. All donations go toward helping veterans and their families.
